📄 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1️⃣ PREAMBLE
The site www.youngtimersclassic.com is an e-commerce site published by the SARL YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC, accessible via the Internet.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales of products concluded between the company YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC and any natural or legal person making a purchase through the Site.
The customer declares that he or she has read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation before validating his order.
YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of validation of the order.
2️⃣ PRODUCT INFORMATION – REMANUFACTURES
The products offered for sale are Remanufactured auto parts, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product sheet.
The remanufactures are carried out as close as possible to the original specifications, without being original manufacturer parts.
YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC is an independent, unaffiliated, unlicensed and non-sponsored company by the aforementioned car manufacturers.
Trademarks, names, logos and manufacturer references (Peugeot, Renault, Citroën, etc.) are used exclusively for information purposes to indicate product compatibility.
By validating his order, the customer acknowledges that he is buying products not original manufacturer.
3️⃣ AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SPARE PARTS
Product offers are valid while stocks last.
In accordance with Article L.111-3 of the Consumer Code, when the manufacturer provides for a period of availability of the spare parts necessary for the use of an item, this information is indicated on the product sheet.
Unless otherwise specified, no minimum availability of spare parts is guaranteed.
4️⃣ PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs are not included in the price displayed and are specified before the final validation of the order.
YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.
5️⃣ ORDER
The customer can browse the site freely without obligation to purchase.
The order is validated when the customer:

selects products,

provides their contact information,

chooses the delivery method,

accepts the T&Cs,

Proceed to the payment.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.
A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer after validation of the payment.
6️⃣ PAYMENT METHODS
The accepted means of payment are:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via PayPlug

Bank transfer
Credit card payments are secured by solutions that comply with current standards (TLS, 3D Secure).
Bank data never passes through the site and is not kept by YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC under any circumstances.
🔹 Payment in instalments
The site can offer solutions for Payment in instalments through payment partners such as Oney (via PayPlug) and PayPal.
These solutions can be a Consumer credit and are subject to the acceptance of the application by the financial institution concerned.
The applicable conditions, schedules, fees and legal information are presented to the customer when choosing the payment method.
YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC does not intervene in the decision to accept or reject funding.
7️⃣ DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Delivery times are indicated on each product sheet and at checkout.
Some large or made-to-order products (e.g. large body parts) may require a manufacturing lead time of up to 30 days.
The deadlines are given as an indication. A delay in delivery cannot justify the cancellation of the order or give rise to compensation.
8️⃣ CUSTOMS – DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
For any order shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country.
These costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC cannot be held responsible for these costs or any possible customs blockage.
9️⃣ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

🔟 LEGAL WARRANTIES
The products benefit from:

of the Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code),

of the Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
When the defect is proven, the customer can request the repair, replacement or refund of the product in accordance with the law.

Sales made via these platforms are subject to the general terms and conditions, payment, delivery and return policies specific to these platforms, in addition to the applicable legal obligations.
The site www.youngtimersclassic.com is not a marketplace and does not intervene in transactions carried out on third-party platforms.

The data controller is the SARL YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC.
