🛡️ LEGAL WARRANTIES
Last updated: December 15, 2025
Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for the goods sold by YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods and appearing within two (2) years of the delivery.
The property is in conformity with the contract if it:
-
is fit for the use usually expected of a similar good,
-
matches the description given by the seller,
-
has the qualities that a consumer can legitimately expect,
-
or has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may request the repair or replacement of the goods.
If these solutions are impossible or disproportionate, the consumer can request a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
Legal warranty against hidden defects
In accordance with Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, the consumer benefits from the warranty against hidden defects.
This warranty covers hidden defects that make the product unfit for the use for which it is intended or that reduce this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have acquired it or would have given a lower price if he had known about them.
The action must be brought within two (2) years of the discovery of the defect.
No commercial warranty
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product sheet, YOUNGTIMERSCLASSIC does not offer any commercial guarantee within the meaning of articles L.217-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
The products sold only benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees.
